- Technical Requirements
Identify and recommend beneficial programs to attend - Act as liaison between founder and subsidiary leaders and organize weekly briefings to the founder.
- Organize the trips of the founder and executives as communicated, both local and foreign
- Identify and liaise with potential partners, grants and financial institutions
- Identify and register with relevant associations and bodies both locally and internationally
- Marketing and promoting office of the founder on relevant social media platforms
- You shall prepare speeches for the founder • You will directly oversee all graphic works to be done.
- You will oversee all online purchases of the founder and of the office.
- Handling event coordination, both internally and externally
- Identify and liaise with relevant media houses to increase brand visibility
- Diary management and management of meeting rooms including organizing of board meetings.
- Identify and recommend wellbeing, personal growth, educational and health programs for the founder’s benefit
Experience and Qualifications:
Proven account management or other relevant experience, preferably within. institutional textile markets or other related industries.- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining attention to details.
- Highly organized and efficient time management skills.
- Demonstrate consistent professionalism.
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to move at an extremely fast pace
- A strong professional who has a whole array of relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Manages Complexity and ability in problem-solving.
- Flexible and proactive approach to workload.
- Team player ethic.
- Advanced understating of all core Microsoft products: Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
- Strong ability to communicate and present digitally through platforms like Zoom, Teams etc.
- Ability to develop and conduct performance management programs.
- Pro-active, highly organised, hard-working and committed.
- Demonstrate strong and pragmatic business acumen.
