Job Description

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  •  Plan, coordinate, and execute all events and activations, including conferences, networking mixers, forums, and pop-ups. 
  • Lead the end-to-end project management of events from conceptualization to execution and post-event evaluation. 
  •  Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, contracts, and on-site coordination to ensure quality service delivery and value for money. 
  •  Drive community engagement across events, social platforms, and online forums, ensuring continuous interaction and participation.
  • Develop and implement a calendar of strategic engagement activities that align with the company’s goals.
  • Liaise with the Business Development team to identify sponsorship opportunities and support the activation of partnerships at events.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in organizing and managing large and small-scale events. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage communities, both online and in-person. 
  • Experience working with vendors, managing contracts, and negotiating for services.
  • Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities with an eye for detail.
