Job Description
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Develop and execute annual business plans, budgets, and strategic initiatives to achieve growth, revenue, and operational efficiency targets.
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of multi-platform HR media and communication programs, including print, broadcast, social media, digital campaigns, and annual flagship events.
- Champion the creation of relevant, engaging, and high-quality HR content to position the company as a leading HR authority in Ghana and beyond.
- Provide leadership and direction to department heads and ensure effective performance management systems are in place.
- Foster a high-performance culture driven by innovation, collaboration, and customer focus.
- Conduct market research, analyse industry trends, and identify opportunities for new business, partnerships, and product innovation.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction strategies across all service offerings.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Media Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a senior role within an HR, media, or strategic communications environment.
- Proven track record in business leadership, revenue growth, and team development.
- Deep understanding of HR issues, trends, and media dynamics in Africa.
- Excellent project management skills and experience overseeing complex campaigns or events
