TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support talent acquisition needs across all departments.
• Ensure employee records, contracts, and HR procedures comply with labor laws and industry standards.
• Support accurate payroll processing and administer statutory and company-provided benefits.
• Coordinate performance management activities and organize relevant training programs.
• Assist in handling employee relations and foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.
• Generate and analyze HR reports to support strategic planning and decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• A minimum of 4-5 years’ general HR experience, preferably in the export, logistics, or manufacturing industry.
• Membership in a recognized HR professional body (e.g., IHRMP, SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Confident individual with ability to lead.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced export environment.
• Ability to help organization achieve its strategic goals in relation to Human Capital.
