Job Description
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support talent acquisition needs across all departments.
- Ensure employee records, contracts, and HR procedures comply with labor laws and industry standards.
- Support accurate payroll processing and administer statutory and company-provided benefits.
- Coordinate performance management activities and organize relevant training programs.
- Assist in handling employee relations and foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.
- Generate and analyze HR reports to support strategic planning and decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- A minimum of 4-5 years’ general HR experience, preferably in the export, logistics, or manufacturing industry.
- Membership in a recognized HR professional body (e.g., IHRMP, SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Confident individual with ability to lead.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced export environment.
- Ability to help organization achieve its strategic goals in relation to Human Capital.
