TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Sell the company’s apartments to prospective clients to achieve set targets.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and other strategic channels.
• Follow up on all leads in a timely and professional manner to ensure conversion into sales.
• Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to expand the customer base.
• Conduct property presentations and site tours for prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Support the Sales Manager in supervising and guiding junior sales staff when required.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A professional qualification and/or postgraduate qualification in Marketing and/or Sales will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record of successful sales of apartments and/or houses.
• Minimum of 7 years post-national service work experience in sales, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
• Results-oriented with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centricity.
