Technical Requirements
- HR Strategy and Policy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hotel's business objectives.
- Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, training, development, and retention of staff .
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and manage performance improvement plans.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and hotel policies.
- HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and employee data management.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) preferred.
- 5+ years of HR experience in hospitality or related industry, with experience managing HR functions across multiple locations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Expertise in HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to handle confidential information and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in HRIS and analytics.
