Technical Requirements

  • HR Strategy and Policy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hotel's business objectives.
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, training, development, and retention of staff .
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and manage performance improvement plans.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and hotel policies.
  • HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and employee data management.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) preferred.
  • 5+ years of HR experience in hospitality or related industry, with experience managing HR functions across multiple locations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Expertise in HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and analytics.
