Job Description

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Lead the design and execution of strategic marketing plans (ATL & BTL) to drive brand visibility and business growth.
  • Oversee the creation of impactful communication materials and campaigns tailored to target audiences.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and uphold brand guidelines across all platforms and offices.
  • Analyse client needs, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, and media organisations to enhance the company’s reputation and reach.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company at relevant conferences, networking sessions, and partner engagements.
  • Develop robust systems to track, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • A recognised qualification in Marketing, such as Associate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (ACIM), Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM), or Chartered Marketer status, will be an advantage.
  • A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
