TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Achieve a minimum of USD 5 million in Assets Under Management (AUM) from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, family offices, and institutions, with targets varying based on salary and seniority levels.
• Develop and execute fundraising strategies, securing long-term investor partnerships.
• Build strategic alliances with financial institutions, family offices, and distribution partners.
• Engage with regulatory bodies and market stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
• Provide tailored Investment Advisory Services & portfolio management solutions to HNW/UHNW clients, permissible as per local laws and regulations.
• Offer estate planning services, including trust structuring, succession planning, and tax optimization.
• Operate independently while collaborating with our global team.
• Deliver regular market insights, performance updates, and reports to senior management.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, investment advisory, or family offices.
• Relevant financial certifications/ qualifications (CFA, CFP, CAIA preferred but not required),
• Established relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and institutions
